Dato' Ir. Mohd Azmi Bin Ismail

Chairman

Over 40 years in civil engineering and Malaysia's water resources. Vice President of the International Commission on Irrigation and Drainage (ICID) and former Deputy Director General I of the Department of Irrigation and Drainage (DID), where he led national initiatives including the River of Life project, RHN, NaFFWS and NAWABS. He provides strategic leadership aligning H2O Datatech with national regulatory frameworks.

Punita Nook Naidu

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Expert in regulatory policy, ESG strategy and institutional capacity development. Formerly with SPAN, she led sewerage regulation and sanitation master planning across Southeast Asia and Africa, developing smart licensing systems, utility transformation roadmaps and digital monitoring platforms.

Simon Chan

Co-Founder & Managing Director

Over 25 years in water and environmental consulting with a portfolio spanning Malaysia, the UK, Australia and Southeast Asia. Formerly with Jacobs Engineering and SKM. At H2O Datatech he spearheads the design and implementation of AI and machine-learning-powered platforms.

Dr. Bernad Siew

Technology Lead

Leads the technological backbone of the company's environmental intelligence platforms, including AI-powered geospatial analytics within Airnomik©. Has delivered national-scale spatial platforms including 3D cadastre and automated GIS tools for agencies such as Shell and JUPEM.

PhD Geoinformatics (Universiti Teknologi Malaysia); specialist in spatial data technologies and geospatial analytics.

Izwar Hani Abd Jalil

Project Delivery Lead

Water and sanitation strategist with 16 years' experience in policy implementation, environmental audit and utility performance. Former key liaison at SPAN and consultant to MPC and IWK, delivering institutional benchmarking, national sewerage monitoring frameworks and sewer rationalisation plans.
